One of the best things that we have learned about doing business is the how to increase your business income. In other words how to ensure that your business will continue to generate cash flow for you. Not just any type of cash flow but consistent and POSITIVE cash flow.

From our own experience and through the process of learning by attending training's and seminars we understand and we know for a fact that there are only 3 ways that you can increase your business income. Yup, only 3 ways. Let's go through them...

Number 1 - Increase the number of clients or customers that you can serve. In other words, VOLUME!

The bigger customer base that you have, the bigger your income. The faster you grow your customer base the faster your income grows. Now the question is how do you grow your customer base. Well that's the key. There are so many ways that you can do that but you need to understand and you need to find the best way that can work for you. You need to find a way that your business can leverage. You can use technology. You can also use a referral program. There are so many proven methods out there you just need to find out what works for you. The reason being is that we are all different. Some methods are suitable for you some maybe not so. The only way we can find out is by doing trials and trying out things and techniques.

Number 2 - Increase the amount they pay you or in simpler terms, increase your price or the amount that you are charging for your products and services.

The question is how do you do that? It is tough enough to get people to buy your products or services as it is and now you want to increase the price! The SECRET to doing this is focusing on the VALUE that you can offer to your clients.

If people can see the VALUE, they will pay big money to get your products and services. You really need to position yourself such they are seeing not only a good deal but a truly GREAT deal. When you focus on value, you will deliver nothing but the best.

Number 3 - Increase the frequency that they buy from you.

You need to find ways so that you can create a business whereby they will need to buy from you or through you consistently. This will not only help to increase your income but it can also become a passive income provider for you. This is where you need to be creative. Every business can be structured in such a way. You just need to focus on what your clients want and provide them with the solution.

Work From Home

It's already the fourth week of the year 2012. How time flies.

This is our first official blog post. It has been 7 years since we started to work from home and thank God we are still doing it today.

Today with the use of the internet, everybody can work from home. Such is the convenience and the availability of technology to us that allows us to communicate and do business anywhere in the world at anytime convenient to us. It truly is a miracle.

Looking back to where we started today we can safely say that anybody can do it. We would like to share our experience here so that it ca inspire others to do the same.

Before we do that it is important to understand why work from home. For us is the FREEDOM! We wanted the opportunity to do what we want, when we want and with who want to do things. We did not want to answer to a boss.

Today working from home has given us so much. It has allowed us the opportunity to be with our children and experience them growing. Man, do they grow up fast. It just seems like yesterday that they were born. Now they are in primary school and they have their own mobile phones and they have their own schedule.

Anyways, if you are planning to find a business or an income for yourself than there are a few options that you can consider:

1. Sell for a commission or become an agent for someone else. For example we promote and sell an eco resort package. We have started doing this since 2007 and from there it has given us the opportunity to earn some money and also experience the tourism business. 2. Join a network marketing or direct selling company. Find a good company that has a system and great leadership. If they have those two things in place than you can grow big with them. 3. You can promote or sell through affiliate programs. These are the things that people do. You just need to find out what people want on the web and give it to them. There are literally millions of products available that you can promote. The beautiful thing about being an affiliate is that you don't have to create any product. Just do the marketing.

Those are just some of the ways that you can create a source of income for yourself which would enable you to work from home. Trust us more and more people are choosing to leverage on the technology that is available today to be free. Why don't you give it a try. As they say, you don't have to be great to start.

Master Of Invitation - MOI

One of the lessons that I learned in business is to be the master of invitation. This is a skill that once you acquire can lead you to great success no matter what business that you are in.

The ability to inspire and to gather people to attend your program or functions is a must have skill for everybody who aspires to become successful in business.

I learned this valuable lesson when we first got involved in Direct Selling about 10 years ago. Man how time flies. One of the key ingredients to building a successful network marketing or direct sales business is the number of people in your organization that you can attract to come to an event or a function. The bigger crowd that you have the bigger business you would eventually have. This is because when you get people to the functions, things will happen to them specifically emotional triggers that will spur people to make a decision and eventually take action.

The trick is to Master the art of invitation. One of the key elements that you must have is PASSION. You must be passionate and confident and every time you promote it must come from the heart. Share from your heart and the head will follow.

The same goes for any business. You want to do a preview or you want people to look at your products or services you need to be a Master of Invitation. So what is they best way to become a Master? Simple, just practice, practice & practice. In other words, just do it until you find a way that works for you.

Today, you can leverage on the various technology that is available. The Internet, your mobile phones and tablet PCs are all wonderful tools that can help and enhance your methods to invite people. In short, use everything! Become the Master!

5 syarat nak buat maksiat..

Kawan2, sekadar renungan bersama, xslh utk kita memanjangkan nasihat ini..

        Suatu hari ada seorang lelaki yang menemui Ibrahim bin Adham. Dia berkata, "Wahai Aba Ishak! Selama ini aku gemar bermaksiat. Tolong berikan aku nasihat." Setelah mendengar perkataan tersebut Ibrahim berkata, "Jika kamu mahu menerima lima syarat dan mampu melaksanakannya, maka boleh kamu melakukan maksiat." Lelaki itu dengan tidak sabar-sabar bertanya. "Apakah syarat-syarat itu, wahai Aba Ishak?"

      Ibrahim bin Adham berkata, "Syarat pertama, jika kamu bermaksiat kepada Allah, jangan memakan rezekinya."Mendengar itu dia mengernyitkan kening seraya berkata, "Dari mana aku mahu makan? Bukankah semua yang ada di bumi ini rezeki Allah? "Ya!" tegas Ibrahim bin Adham. "Kalau kamu sudah memahaminya, masih mampukah memakan rezekinya, sedangkan kamu selalu berkeinginan melanggar larangan-Nya? "

      "Yang kedua," kata Ibrahim, "kalau mahu bermaksiat, jangan tinggal di bumi-Nya! Syarat ini membuat lelaki itu terkejut setengah mati. Ibrahim kembali berkata kepadanya, "Wahai Abdullah, fikirkanlah, apakah kamu layak memakan rezeki-Nya dan tinggal di bumi-Nya, sedangkan kamu melanggar segala larangan-Nya? "

      "Ya! Anda benar." kata lelaki itu. Dia kemudian menanyakan syarat yang ketiga. Ibrahim menjawab, "Kalau kamu masih mahu bermaksiat, carilah tempat tersembunyi yang tidak dapat terlihat oleh-Nya!" Lelaki itu kembali terperanjat dan berkata, "Wahai Ibrahim, ini nasihat macam mana? Mana mungkin Allah tidak melihat kita?" "Ya, kalau memang yakin demikian, apakah kamu m asih berkeinginan melakukan maksiat?" kata Ibrahim. Lelaki itu mengangguk dan meminta syarat yang keempat.

      Ibrahim melanjutkan, "Kalau malaikat maut datang hendak mencabut rohmu, katakanlah kepadanya, 'Ketepikan kematianku dulu. Aku masih mahu bertaubat dan melakukan amal soleh'." Kemudian lelaki itu menggelengkan kepala dan segera tersedar, "Wahai Ibrahim, mana mungkin malaikat maut akan memenuhi permintaanku? "

     "Wahai Abdullah, kalau kamu sudah meyakini bahawa kamu tidak boleh menunda dan mengundurkan datangnya kematianmu, lalu bagaimana engkau boleh lari dari kemurkaan Allah?"

     "Baiklah, apa syarat yang kelima?" Ibrahim pun menjawab, "Wahai Abdullah kalau malaikat Zabaniyah datang hendak mengiringmu ke api neraka di hari kiamat nanti, jangan engkau ikut bersamanya."

     Perkataan tersebut membuat lelaki itu insaf. Dia berkata, "Wahai Aba Ishak, sudah pasti malaikat itu tidak membiarkan aku menolak kehendaknya. " Dia tidak tahan lagi mendengar perkataan Ibrahim. Air matanya bercucuran. "Mulai saat ini akut bertaubat kepada Allah." katanya sambil terisak-isak.

Tanda-tanda Kiamat semakin hampir

Tanda-tanda Kiamat semakin hampir  : 

1) Penaklukan Baitulmuqaddis. Dari Auf b. Malik r.a. katanya,Rasulullah s.a.w telah bersabda:

"Aku menghitung 6 perkara menjelang hari kiamat." Baginda menyebutkan salah 1 diantaranya, iaitu penaklukan Baitulmuqaddis."

- Sahih Bukhari

Hakikatnya : dah jadi dah...

2) Zina bermaharajalela.

"Dan tinggallah manusia2 yang buruk, yang seenaknya melakukan persetubuhan seperti himar (keldai). Maka pada zaman mereka inilah

kiamat akan datang." - Sahih Muslim

Hakikat : melambak-lambak da.

3) Bermaharajalela alat muzik..

"Pada akhir zaman akan terjadi tanah runtuh, rusuhan & perubahan muka". Ada yang bertanya kepada Rasulullah; "Wahai Rasulullah bila hal ini terj! adi?" Baginda menjawab: "Apabila telah bermaharajalela bunyian(muzik) & penyanyi² wanita" - Ibnu Majah

Hakikat : S'pore Idol, Malaysian Idol, Akademi Fantasia, Anugerah²... kuliyah? tak layan la beb

4) Menghias masjid & membanggakannya.

"Di antara tanda2 telah dekatnya kiamat ialah manusia bermegahan dalam mendirikan masjid" - Riwayat Nasai.

Hakikat : masjid berjuta ringgit, Masjid Kristal dan Taman Tamadun Islam sebagai pusat pelancungan; tiang masjid lagi ramai dari jemaah

5) Munculnya kekejian, memutuskan kerabat & hubungan dengan tetangga tidak baik.

"Tidak akan datang kiamat sehingga banyak pe! rbuatan & perkataan keji, memutuskan hubungan silaturahim & sikap yang buruk dalam

tetangga." - Riwayat Ahmad dan Hakim.

Hakikat : ada anak tak mengaku ada mak/bapak pasal malu..., pasal duit berbunuh sesama beradik, tak kenal pun jiran sebelah  

6) Ramai orang soleh meninggal dunia.

"Tidak akan datang hari kiamat sehingga Allah mengambil orang2 yang baik& ahli agama di muka bumi, maka tiada yang tinggal padanya kecuali orang2 yang hina & buruk yang tidak mengetahui yang makruf dan tidak mengingkari kemungkaran" - Riwayat Ahmad

Hakikat : boleh kira berapa jer para ulama' yg tinggal... salah satu tanda di Malaysia apabila ramai ustaz dan ADUN yg ulama dicabt nyawa

7) Orang yang hina mendapat kedudukan terhormat.

"Di antara tanda semakin dekatnya kiamat ialah dunia akan dikuasai oleh Luka' bin Luka'(orang yang bodoh & hina). Maka orang yang paling baik ketika itu ialah orang yang beriman yang diapit oleh2 orang mulia" - Riwayat Thabrani

Hakikat : lihat saja manusia bernama George Bush, Ariel Sharon.... kat Malaysia pun banyak. terang-terang rumah YB terpampang besar hasil rasuah dan rompakan harta rakyat, tapi org masih undi dia 

8) Mengucapkan salam kepada orang yang dikenalnya sahaja.

"Sesungguhnya di antara tanda2 telah dekatnya hari kiamat ialah manusia tidak mahu mengucapkan salam kepada orang lain kecuali yang dikenalnya saja." - Riwayat Ahmad

Hakikat : tengok ar masa kita jalan kat bandar... tak pernah beri salam pada strangers 

9) Banyak wanita yang berpakaian tetapi hakikatnya telanjang.

Diriwayatkan dari Abu Hurairah r.a. "Di antara anda² telah hari kiamat ialah akan muncul pakaian² wanita & apabila mereka memakainya keadaannya seperti telanjang".

Hakikat : fesyen zaman skarang (tube, spaghetti strap, g-string, ala dedah tak abis-abis.)...    pakai tudung tapi dada dan punggung tak tutup (baju dan seluar ketat).       2 part ni la   yang menaikkan syahwat lelaki. pakai tudung macam yahudi. Allah suruh melabuhkan tudung hingga tutup dada. kebanyakan melayu skang? lilit2 kat leher atau nampak   rambut (sama cam yahudi nasara). 

10) Bulan sabit kelihatan besar.

"Di antara tanda2 telah dekatnya hari kiamat ialah menggelembung(membesarnya) bulan sabit." - Riwayat Thabrani

Hakikat : tak caya gi tengok...

11) Banyak dusta & tidak tepat dalam menyampaikan berita.

"Pada akhir zaman akan muncul pembohong2 besar yang datang kepadamu dengan membawa berita2 yang belum pernah kamu dengar & belum pernah didengar oleh bapa2 kamu sebelumnya, kerana itu jauhkanlah dirimu dari mereka agar mereka tidak menyesatkanmu & memfitnahmu" - Sahih Muslim

Hakikat : try baca akhbar2 & majalah² yg popular skarang nie... berita kat tv pun kadang2 tak btul. Hanya nombor ekor saja yg tepat dlm Utusan Malaysia 

12) Banyak saksi palsu & menyimpan kesaksian yang benar.

"Sesungguhnya sebelum datang! nya hari kiamat akan banyak kesaksian palsu & disembunyikan kesaksian yang benar." -Riwayat Ahmad

Hakikat : tengok kes peperangan Iraq dan terbaru, iran diheret ke penipuan Amerika dan Britian...Di Malaysia Musa Hasan Tilam, Gani Patail, Saiful Bahari semua mendapat jutaan wang kerana menjadi saksi tipu. 

13) Negara Arab menjadi padang rumput & sungai.

"Tidak akan datang hari kiamat sehingga negeri Arab kembali menjadi padang rumput & sungai²" - Sahih Muslim

Hakikat : Dubai dah turun salji... Mina dah kene banjir...

Grilled Cheese & Roast Chicken Sandwich

Man, time flies so fast. It's already the second week of 2012. Alhamdulillah it has been a great start to the year. 2011 was an amazing year for us. I pray to Allah that 2012 will be a better year for us and everybody. InsyaAllah.

The kids have grown up another year. They have more needs and they have more personality. I love every minute of watching them grow. It is truly a blessing.

As we welcome the new year I realize that as we grow older things become easier when you put things into perspective. I realize now more than ever with every day we are that closer to our death. Hence we need to appreciate every second that we have while we can.

Anyways, this week was awesome because I made a great sandwich which I thoroughly enjoyed and my wife loved it. In fact I thought it was the best sandwich that I have made thus far. So here is what I did.

We had chicken rice for lunch that Tuesday and we have a lot of roast chicken leftovers in the afternoon. So I decided to experiment. This is what I did:

1. Prepared 4 slices of bread
2. 2 slices of cheese
3. Roast chicken from the chicken rice
4. Slices of tomatoes
5. Thousand Island dressing
6. Black pepper

Firstly I made 2 sets of grilled cheese sandwich by slapping some planta on 2 slices of bread and 1 slice of cheese on the frying pan. Grilled until golden brown on both sides. Repeat for the other 2 slices of bread with cheese.
Than take the roast chicken, tear the meat into pieces and put into the fan and fry without oil. Add in some pepper for taste.
Lay some tomatoes and thousand island spread on the grilled cheese bread.
Finally top up with the roasted black pepper chicken and cover it with the other grilled cheese sandwich.
Walla! You got yourself 1 awesome sandwich!
