“Use AI — Don’t Let AI Use You: Lessons from the AI Advantage Summit 2025”
Last night, I joined thousands of participants from around the world for Day 1 of the AI Advantage Summit 2025, hosted by Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi. And let me tell you — it was mind-blowing.
Tony opened with a powerful statement that hit straight to the heart of what I’ve been teaching for years:
“Use AI — don’t let AI use you.”
Those seven words perfectly summarize the difference between being a creator and a consumer in today’s digital world.
🔍 From Awareness to Action
AI is everywhere now — from writing assistants to data analytics, from image generation to personal coaching. But the true advantage doesn’t lie in knowing AI exists. It lies in how you use it to leverage time, creativity, and purpose.
During Tony’s session, he reminded us that tools are only as powerful as the mindset behind them. And that’s exactly what I emphasize in my ChatGPT and AI Productivity trainings — it’s not about replacing human creativity, but amplifying it.
🌟 My Biggest Takeaway
The biggest win for me from Day 1? Time.
AI gives us back something we can never create more of — our time.
Imagine automating your repetitive tasks, delegating your mental load to an AI assistant, and having more hours to spend on what truly matters — faith, family, fitness, and purpose.
That’s not just productivity; that’s quality of life.
💡 A Real-Life Example
Just last month, one of my trainees — a teacher juggling work, family, and community duties — used ChatGPT to create lesson plans, write parent reports, and design slides in half the time. She told me, “Coach Amirul, I finally had dinner with my family three nights in a row.”
That, to me, is what it means to win with AI.
📖 Reflections from the Quran & Hadith
The Qur’an reminds us of the importance of using our minds and intellect:
“And He taught Adam the names of all things.” (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:31)
This verse highlights the power of knowledge — the ability to name, classify, and create — the very foundation of what AI systems do today.
And the Prophet ﷺ said:
“The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, while there is good in both.” (Sahih Muslim)
Being “strong” today includes being technologically empowered. As Muslims, embracing AI with wisdom means using it as a tool for service, not for self-obsession. It’s about gaining mastery over the digital tools around us while remaining grounded in ethics and purpose.
⚙️ AI as a Leverage Tool
Throughout the session, Dean shared practical strategies on how entrepreneurs and educators can use AI to multiply their reach. What struck me most was how aligned their vision is with ours at Yayasan Wiba Prima — empowering educators, students, and communities to leverage AI for positive transformation.
The key word is leverage.
AI isn’t just about doing things faster; it’s about doing better — freeing our mental bandwidth to focus on creativity, relationships, and contribution.
🕋 Purpose Before Productivity
In Islam, our purpose is clear — to serve Allah through our actions and excellence (ihsan). AI, when used wisely, can help us live that value at scale.
“Verily, Allah loves that when one of you does something, he does it with excellence.” — (al-Bayhaqi)
If AI helps us write better, teach better, lead better — then it becomes a form of worship, provided our intention (niyyah) is pure.
✨ Final Reflection
After Day 1, I realized that the AI Advantage Summit isn’t just about technology — it’s about humanity. It’s a reminder that tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and countless others are only as good as the heart and mind that guide them.
Let’s commit to using AI consciously, so that it gives us back more than it takes — more time, more impact, and more meaning.
📣 Call to Action:
Use AI to create, not consume. Take back your time and design your life with purpose.
