Step 1: Passion


Discover your passion and unlock your potential.

The first step in order to turn your passion into a source of income is to discover your passion. It might be kind of a shock to you but most people do not actually know their passion.

We have had people coming to us and telling us that their passion is sleeping and ask us, can you help me turn sleeping into a source of income. Our answer was simply this; find another passion or interest or hobby that we can turn into a source of income. If we can get it online, than you can definitely make money from sleeping! Think about it. Through the internet whatever business you do is available all around the world 24 hours a day.  

In short you can make money while you sleep!

Today we are doing the things that we love to do and we are making our money from it. Our passion is helping people and from our passion we started our own business which is REAL Leaders which is a company focusing on grooming young people to become leaders. We also have a passion for organizing events; hence we organized the biggest and largest undergraduate event in Malaysia which is the REAL Undergraduate Conference which was first held in 2008.

The event was a huge success. We plan to have the event annually and we have succeeded in organizing the second one in 2009. We cannot wait for the next one. At the same time we are now looking at organizing other events as well.

Our other passion includes going on holidays. And from this passion we have managed to setup another business model which is to promote our very own island lake eco-lodge which is located at Tasik Temenggor in Gerik Perak, Malaysia. We have managed to turn our passion for this place into a source of income through our website at www.temenggor.com

And of course today, our very own program passion2income is a source of income for us.  All this came from our passion. In fact through P2I we got our team of passionpreneurs that became part of our team.

Today we are excited as we have the opportunity to also help others to make money from their passion! It is something that we love to do and we strongly feel that a lot of people out there if given the chance would love to have the opportunity to turn their passion into a source of income.

Today we are living proof that our system works! We have turned our many passions in life into multiple sources of income and we love what we do.

We are just ordinary people. We followed the ordinary path – went to school, went to university, got a job, started a family but we always had a dream to have a great life!

Passion2Income (P2I) provided us the opportunity to achieve our dreams; if we can do it so can you!

Today with technology, anything is possible. And we truly believe that any passion can be turned into a source of income. The challenge now is to discover your passion.

Let’s get started.

OBJECTIVE:
Discover Your Passion. In simple definition, passion is something that you are 100% obsessed into! And, you are willing to do without getting paid!  What is your passion?

Amirul’s passion is that he loves to talk, inspire and motivate people. He discovered this passion while we were building our direct selling business a few years back. Before that, we never realized that he had a passion for public speaking. In fact he could not even speak in public!

So, if you do not know your passion or if you are not sure than do not worry, it will come out because it is part of you. The following exercise is designed to help you figure it out.

QUESTIONS ARE THE ANSWERS

1. What can you talk about passionately all day without getting bored or tired of it?
LIST all of it down. Again LIST it down, don’t just think about it. Get a pen and a piece of paper and start writing.

2. Which passion would you love to have as an income source?
Go through your list and pick out the passion that is the most appealing to you and it is something that you would love to make some money from it.

3. If you were GETTING paid, will you talk more, same or less about your passion?
Now, we need to check how passionate you are about your passion. Imagine that you are paid to do what you chose in question 2 above; will you talk more about it? Or less?

If you feel that you will be more excited and will definitely talk more about it than proceed to the next question.

If not, you need to check on another passion, interest or hobby as obviously the one you chose is not something that you are really PASSIONATE about.

This is very important, we remembered one time we were participating in an event and we had setup a booth to promote our various products and services. A guy came over to check out our booth. He started asking questions about our business. We told him that we were into training and development. That caught his attention and he started to talk about how he is also involved in training.

We could see that he was really passionate as he spoke at great length regarding his interest. Later we knew for sure that it was definitely his passion as he came back two more times to share more of his ideas!

So ask yourself. What are you passionate about?

4. If you were NOT GETTING paid, will you talk more, same or less about your passion?
Now with the same passion, how would you react if you were not paid to do it? Will you still talk more about it? Do more of it? This is where we do the check and balance as we really want to be sure that this is something that you really love to do regardless if you are paid or not.

For example, Amirul can talk, inspire and motivate for hours without getting paid. It is his passion.

5. If tough times come, will you still talk about your passion? (Yes/No).
Will you stand by what you love? This matter is something that we want to address as in turning a passion, interest or hobby into a source of income you need to persevere.

There will be challenges and there will be days that make you want to quit!

6. Will you stay up all night or wake up early in the morning for your passion? (Yes/No).
Are you passionate enough such that it will drive you to burn the midnight oil and get up as early as possible to get things done? Think about it.

Your passion must be something that can drive and motivate you to take action even when you are not in the mood.

7. Will you invest your time, money and energy to make your passion into a source of income? (Yes/No).
What are you willing to invest and sacrifice to make your dreams a reality? You look at all the successful people; first and foremost they are passionate about what they are doing. Secondly they put in the sacrifice. You look at the time they spend to train and learn the discipline and the focus to get to where they want to be.

Some simple examples would be athletes and sports figures. People look at an Olympic goal medalist and they admire their achievement and they wish that they could become them. People often tend to forget the process to get there; the training, the discipline, the commitments and the sacrifices that they had to put in to achieve success.

Are you ready?  As they say, no pain no gain.

If yes, how many hours a day, how much money and energy are you willing to invest?
How far are you willing to go? Are you willing to go back and study your passion? Are you willing to invest your time and money? How much?

If you look at sports people, they have a dream job. Better yet they are actually doing what they love and getting paid for it. We often hear athletes earning huge paychecks just for playing soccer, football, basketball and etc. In fact some of the riches people on the planet are sports people. Names like Tiger Woods, Michael Jordan, David Beckham and the list goes on and on.

But what people always fail to identify is that these people are passionate about what they do and they have invested nearly their whole life for their passion. Read their autobiographies than you will understand the sacrifice and the investment they had to put in to make their dream a reality.

The question is how far are you willing to go for your dreams?

By now, you should have a firm idea what you are passionate about and what will drive you to move forward.

Adakah anda memilih makanan yang berIndeks Glisemia (GI) rendah?

Indeks glisemia (GI) ialah satu ukuran secepat mana aras glukosa darah (i.e., gula darah) meningkat selepas memakan makanan tertentu. Glukosa (piawai yang ditetapkan) mempunyai indeks glisemia 100. Kesan setiap makanan terhadap aras glukosa darah berbeza-beza. Indeks glisemia menganggarkan sebanyak mana setiap gram karbohidrat tersedia (jumlah karbohidrat ditolak serat) dalam makanan menaikkan aras glukosa darah selepas memakannya, dibandingkan dengan pemakanan glukosa tulen.

Dalam kajian memerhatikan kesan karbohidrat kepada gula dalam darah, makanan berasaskan karbohidrat dikategorikan kepada yang rendah, pertengahan atau GI tinggi.

GI tinggi adalah makanan, biasanya terdiri daripada karbohidrat ringkas yang cepat bertukar menjadi gula dalam darah. Ia menyebabkan naik turun tahap gula dalam darah terlalu cepat. Ini akan menimbulkan ketidakselesaan kepada seseorang individu di mana dia mungkin mempunyai keinginan untuk makan dengan lebih kerap.

GI rendah adalah makanan, biasanya diperbuat daripada karbohidrat kompleks yang lambat bertukar menjadi gula. Makanan yang GI rendah akan membolehkan kita rasa kenyang lebih lama.

Badan kita mengambil masa yang lebih lama untuk mencerna atau menyerap makanan GI rendah. Oleh itu meilih makanan GI rendah adalah lebih bermanfaat untuk kesihatan kita khususnya untuk sarapan pagi!

Nutrisi Selular - Boleh Bantu Kempiskan Perut Buncit & Turunkan Berat Badan!

Kelebihan terbesar program 10 hari kami adalah ianya merupakan nutrisi selular. Sebelum itu jom kita faham dulu apakah maksud nutrisi selular.

Nutrisi bermaksud khasiat yang diperlukan oleh tubuh badan untuk berfungsi dengan baik dan betul serta mengekalkan kesihatan. Nutris diperolehi dari makanan dan minuman yang kita ambil setiap hari. Mengapa Nutrisi penting?

90% penyerapan nutrisi berlaku dalam usus kecil kita. Usus kita ini panjang dan disekeliling usus kita ada jejari rambut halus yang disebut sebagai villi.



Fungsi villi ini adalah apabila kita makan, makanan tersebut akan dihadam dan diserap melalui villi. Sel villi yang sihat akan mengenal pasti nutrisi atau khasiat yang badan kita perlukan dan menyerapnya. Ia juga berfungsi sebagai jaga di mana ia akan menapis toksin dan bahan yang tidak baik agar tidak diserap ke dalam badan kita. Ini hanya berlaku sekiranya sel villi kita sihat.

  • ·     Merokok: Kalau merokok memang aka nada kesan kepada villi tetapi kalau tidak merokok mungkin orang di sekeliling kita merokok jadi kita menanggung kerana kita second hand smoker.
  • ·     Alkohol: Syukur orang Islam tidak minum alcohol tetapi bag mereka yang minum ianya tidak baik untuk kesihatan usus kita.
  • ·     Ubat-ubatan: Pengambilan ubat-ubatan juga boleh menyebabkan masalah kepada villi kita.
  • ·        Pencemaran udara: Masalah seperti jerebu dan asap kenderaan juga boleh menjadi punca kepada villi kita rosak dan tidak dapat berfungsi dengan betul.

Oleh itu dalam usaha kita untuk kempiskan perut buncit atau untuk turunkan berat badan kita perlu melakukan pembersihan kepada usus kita dahulu. Ada banyak program yang boelh melakukan perkara ini. Berapa banyak air anda minum setiap hari?

Badan kita memerlukan air yang banyak, kita perlu minum air yang banyak setiap hari melainkan dinasihati oleh doktor. Penghadan minum air oleh doktor adalah biasanya berkaitan dengan masalah buah pinggang dan salah satu punca buah pinggang bermasalah adalah kita kurang minum air.


Apabila kita mula meningkatkan pengambilan nutrisi serta pembuangan toksin, air adalah amat penting lebih-lebih lagi kalau kita nak kempiskan perut buncit kita atau ingin turunkan berat badan. Berikut adalah senarai kepentingan air untuk rujukan.


Apabila air tidak mencukupi kita akan mengalami ketidakselesaan apabila kita cuba untuk menurunkan berat badan kerana badan sedang bertindak untuk membuang toksin. Ini menyebabkan kesan sampingan seperti:
  • ·         Pening kepala
  • ·         Sembelit
  • ·         Citit birit
  • ·         Mual
  • ·         Ruam
  • ·         Sakit kepala
  • ·         Hati berdebar-debar

Perlu diingatkan bahawa kesan sampingan adalah berbeza untuk setiap individu. Hanya 80% akan mengalami kesan yang positif. Sekiranya kesan-kesan yang disebaraikan berlaku apa yang anda perlu lakukan adalah minum air lebih.

Apakah air yang terbaik?

Air yang terbaik adalah air kosong kerana tiada atau ‘0’ kalorinya!!! Jadi anda boleh jimat kalori dengan bertukar kepada air kosong.

Berapa banyak air perlu anda minum?

Secara purata berapa banyak air yang kita perlukan bergantung kepada berat badan kita. Contohnya setiap 25kg berat badan memerlukan 1 liter air. Jadi kalau berat kita 50kg kita perlukan 2 liter air setiap hari manakala kalau berat kita 75kg kita perlukan 3 liter air. Sekiranya kita perlu turunkan berat badan kita perlu minum air lebih banyak!

Berikut adalah carta keperluan air berdasarkan berat mengikut saranan Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia.


Berikut ini pula adalah tips untuk waktu terbaik minum air kosong. Cubalah amalkan.


Jadi pastikan anda minum air secukupnya setiap hari. Bagi kami di Kelab Sihat Kita kami menggalakkan pengambilan air kosong 3 hingga 4 liter sehari. Untuk orang beragama Islam kita boleh jadualkan mengikut waktu solat seperti berikut.

Subuh hingga Zohor
1 liter
Zohor hingga Asar

1 liter
Maghrib hingga 10 malam (Isyak terlalu dekat J ) *
1 liter
* Jangan minum terlalu banyak sebelum tidur kerana kalau anda tidak buang air kecil dan tahan sepanjang malam semasa tidur boleh merosakkan buah pinggang anda.

Salah satu perkara yang kami belajar semasa kami nak turunkan berat badan adalah pentingnya tahu kemampuan badan untuk membakar kalori. Perkara ini sangat baru bagi kami. Walaupun kami pernah mendengarnya tetapi sebelum ini kami tidak berapa memahaminya. Sebenarnya ramai orang yang tidak tahu perkara ini sebab itulah susah untuk mereka turunkan berat badan apatah lagi nak kekalkan berat badan mereka.

Perkara pertama yang kita perlu tahu adalah kemampuan badan kita. Ada beberapa cara yang boleh kita lakukan. Yang terbaik adalah mendapatkan bacaan Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) anda dengan menggunakan alat Tanita Scanner. Ini anda boleh lakukan dengan mengunjungi klinik atau kunjungi Kelab Sihat kami J Anda juga boleh mendapatkan kaedahnya dari carian Internet. Apabila anda telah tahu BMR anda kita boleh mengira Magic Number anda!

Apakah Magic Number?

Magic Number adalah nombor khusus tentang jumlah kalori yang badan anda perlu atau boleh ambil untuk mencapai matlamat berat badan anda. Ianya sesuai untuk mereka yang ingin turunkan berat badan, naikkan berat badan atau hanya untuk kekalkan berat badan. Jadi Magic Number ini sangat penting. Perlu tahu juga ianya boleh berubah mengikut keadaan badan kita khususnya dari segi % lemak, % air dan jisim otot badan kita.

Oleh itu sekiranya anda menghadkan pengambilan makanan mengikut Magic Number anda boleh mencapai kesan yang bagus dalam tempoh 10 hari ini!

Ingat SEMUA yang anda MAKAN dan MINUM ada kalori. Jom kita tengok contoh kalori makanan di Malaysia. (Kalori berikut adalah secara purata)
·         Makanan segera atau fast food adalah berkalori tinggi.
·         Minuman juga ada kalori kecuali air kosong.
·         Gula-gula dan kuih-muih juga mengandungi kalori.


Berikut adalah contoh kalori makanan kegemaran rakyat Malaysia. Anda boleh google untuk cari atau anda boleh guna apps dalam telefon pintar. Kini ada banyak yang boleh beritahu anda kalori makanan anda.

Impian menjadi kenyataan - Alhamdulillah!!!

Syukur Alhamdulillah, pada 16 Januari yang lalu buku Passion2Income yang kami karang dan terbitkan pada tahun 2009 kini boleh didapati sebagai sebuah eBook melalui M-Store di MindAppz.com

Terasa puas hati kerana memang dah lama ada niat untuk jadikannya sebagai eBook tetapi tidak berkesempatan. Syukur Alhamdulillah dengan bantuan sahabat kami Thinesh serta melalui platform MindAppz impian kami menjadi kenyataan. What you do matters.
Everything. The big stuff. The little stuff. Even the annoying stuff.
It matters that you waste time. It matters that you blame others for your failures. It matters that you are lazy at times.
It matters because achieving your goals matters. And eliminating excuses is the pathway that takes you there. It’s the same path that every great achiever has followed.
  • Sigmund Freud was booed off the stage the first time he presented his theories to a group of scientists in Europe. He went on to win the Goethe Award for his work in psychology.
  • Winston Churchill failed sixth grade and lost every public election he ran for until he was elected Prime Minister of England at the age of 62.
  • Albert Einstein didn’t speak until he was 4 years old, couldn’t read basic words until he was 7 and was expelled from school. He eventually revolutionized physics with his Theory of Relativity.
  • Henry Ford failed at farming, at being an apprentice and as a machinist, and went bankrupt five times. He modernized mass production.
  • Stan Smith was rejected as a ball boy for a Davis Cup tennis match because he was “too clumsy.” He won eight Davis Cup championships and is considered one of the greatest doubles tennis players of all time.

Living excuse free is about taking responsibility for every aspect of your life. It’s about creating a future you’re proud of.
So what if it hasn’t been done before?
Be the first.
So what if you don’t have a college degree?
Be curious. Learn more.
So what if no one believes in you?
You don’t need approval to be successful.
So what if it gets hard?
All big things require pain and loss.
So what if you keep trying and never get it right?
Audacity is always the right move.
So what if people aren’t following you?
They will follow once you do something amazing.
So what if you get hurt?
That’s the price of boldness.
So what if you’re under-appreciated?
Ego would only make you complacent.
So what if everything you thought was right turns out to be wrong?
Make up new rules.
So what if the experts disagree with you?
The experts might be wrong.
So what if you give more than you get?
You might just be happier.
So what? So what? So what? The rest of the what-ifs are just excuses.
You have to look within yourself and challenge the demons that hold you back from being successful. You’ll never rise to be a champion until you can look past the fear and the failure and the excuses holding you back.
That starts with believing that you can be amazing regardless of who or where you are in life right now.
Carl “Sugarfoot” Joseph was born in Madison, Florida, east of the state capital. The fourth of 10 children, he was raised by a single mom. They were a poor family living in the country without any real access to recreation or sports facilities.
That’s probably why Joseph worked so hard to become a star athlete. Growing up, he played basketball and street football. He fought with the older boys and it taught him to be tough. He would get thrown violently to the ground but spring back up and launch himself back into the action.
In seventh grade, he made the basketball team. Standing under the rim, he would jump straight up and dunk the basketball. That was just the beginning.
In high school, he played basketball and football and ran track, setting records in almost every sport. At one track event, he high jumped 5-foot-8-inches then turned around and threw the shot put 40 feet and the discus 130 feet. And in one football game against much bigger, double-teaming opponents, Joseph exploded with 11 tackles, an interception and a blocked punt.
The young superstar didn’t let down one bit as he made the transition to college. He played middle linebacker at Bethune-Cookman University, where five of his teammates went on to play in the NFL. The Wildcats won their conference championship, and a lot of it had to do with the inspiration that came directly from Joseph. You see, he was born without a left leg.
Every competition Joseph participated in was a lopsided event: Everyone else running, turning and jumping on two feet while he did it all on one. No prosthesis. No crutch.
Just heart.
When asked what his limitations were, Joseph said, “I don’t have any.”
So... what was your excuse again?
Eliminating excuses is important because your future is important.
If you only get the future that you work for, then what you work on is pretty important, right? You probably don’t want to screw that up.
If there is a list of things to not flub, “your future” has to be high on the list.
Your decisions lead to your destiny.
 Do you believe that? You should. It’s true.
Sooner or later, what you do—and who you really are—determines what you ultimately achieve.
But what does that really mean?
Let’s get practical about it. Let’s talk about how much sleep you really need and how a decision like that impacts your results.
Getting up earlier means you have more time to conquer the world. Simply getting up one hour earlier a day for 50 years equates to an extra 2,281 business days—or 6 1/4 years—of conquest.
You win more when you fight more.
Your daily decisions—or the excuses you make—add up over time.
It’s easy to say that working hard is important. We all know that, right? But just because you say the words doesn’t mean you’re doing the “doing” part.
Your future is about the decisions you make—not the ideas you have.
It’s causal rather than casual. You actually have a say in what you achieve.
We all want that extra 6 1/4 years of conquest. But when we have a zillion minute-by-minute considerations just to decide whether to stay in bed or get up and conquer, most of us choose comfort. It seems small at the time—after all, it’s just an hour. But the results are life-changing. Literally.
The decisions that you make hundreds of times a day build your future. They all count. So how can you change your future today?
Start by believing that you matter. That what you do matters. That what you do right nowchanges the possibilities for your future.
It’s a mindset. An edgy mindset.
It means that you:
  • Choose to be positive when things are scary.
  • Fight to win even when you just got the wind knocked out of you.
  • Are honest even if it means you’ll be embarrassed.
  • Take the time to learn new skills, new talents and new ideas when it’s easier to just be you.
  • Invest in personal inspiration instead of letting anxiety drive your decisions.
The importance of eliminating excuses is in understanding the outcome of individual decisions.
Being positive 20 times a day for 15 years is 109,500 opportunities to create a happier future.
Winning one more time per year could mean 30 amazing, mind blowing successes over a lifetime.
Telling the truth just one more time each day gives you 365 more reasons a year to trust yourself.
Reading one new book per week for 22 years equates to 1,144 new ideas from the smartest minds in the world.
Creating five new meaningful (in-person) relationships per month over 35 years is 2,100 new people you can count on when you really need help.
A lot of small choices make a big difference.
What if you had 109,500 happier moments, 30 more successes, 365 more ways to trust yourself, 1,144 new ideas and 2,100 new friends?
Could you conquer more? Could you do some outrageous things?
Possibly. Probably. You can bet on it. So stop making excuses.
