2 Steps to Making Money Online

What a great weekend. Attended the Global Internet Summit or GIS 2010 in KL.

This is my second time attending this event. We learned a lot of new things and most importantly new techniques. The internet is moving at such a fast pace and it has really changed the way we all do business. The market is so huge and it is growing each second! Today there are 1.9 billion people online and it's only about 30% of the world's population. We need to get a piece of the pie.

On the first day, Vince Tan shared with us 2 easy steps to make money. I think the steps are pretty easy but as always it's easier said than done. Nonetheless it is a good way to start. Here are the steps;

Step 1 - Find questions
There are a lot of people out there asking questions for their problems. It could be on health, financial, relationship, technical and etc. Basically they have problems that need to be solved. Hence what they require are answers!

So where do you look for people with questions? You can go to the following

  1. yahoo answers
  2. askville.com

Find a category that you are comfortable with and start looking for questions that you would like to help people solve. Normally the hot topics are health, technical and self help.

Step 2 - Provide the answers
Now you go to clickbank or paydotcom.com to get suitable products; ie ebooks that can help people with their problems. Share with the people and recommend the sites that you found which you think could help with their problems.

Anyways, I have tried to do it and It's not that easy. It requires time and effort but I know that once you get the hang of it you are going to make money online! Give a shot.

Personally I feel that for internet marketing the main thing that we need to have is TRAFFIC and the best way to do it is if you can have a software or other people do it for you. Here is one way you can generate a lot of traffic: http://preview.tinyurl.com/2fn5lb8

I will be posting other ways to make money online based on what we have learned at GIS2010.
